Shipping & Delivery

Collection

Items can be collected in person by arrangement in South Africa. We'll confirm the meeting location and time when your order is ready — usually within 1–3 working days for in-stock items.

Delivery

We courier nationwide. Delivery cost is quoted per order based on your location and what you've ordered (couriers price by weight and distance). Small items like cards and SD cards ship cheapest; larger hardware costs a bit more.

Turnaround

• In-stock items — dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment.
• Made-to-order — built to order, usually 3–10 working days (we confirm the timeline when you order).
• 3D-printed items — add print time; we'll give you an estimate before going ahead.

Tracking

Where our courier offers tracking, we'll send you the reference number. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the quoted window, message us and we'll chase it up.

Postage risk

We package everything carefully, but couriers can be rough. If your item arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
